Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our team at St. Luke's Health System. As a Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for coordinating and teaching Situational Awareness 3 & MOAB, providing clinical evaluation to clinical staff, and facilitating evidence-based research within a specialized area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and teach Situational Awareness 3 & MOAB
  • Provide clinical evaluation to clinical staff
  • Facilitate evidence-based research within a specialized area
  • Support standardization of the AHA curriculum across the St. Luke's Health System
  • Evaluate effectiveness and outcomes of educational initiatives
  • Act as a facilitator, consultant, and leader in area of expertise
  • Onboard and develop new instructors
  • Provide education consistent with current protocols, procedures, evidence, and Magnet (as appropriate)
  • Devises and maintains strategies to ensure professional development
  • Develop education to meet regulatory standards and all related policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Responsible for forecasting and planning instructor and room resources
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Nursing Degree (ADN or BSN) or Masters Degree
  • 2+ years related experience
  • RN Licensure in the State of Practice
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient and enjoys working in MS Excel and Word
  • Has a passion for education
  • Enjoys collaborating with people
