As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our growing Pediatric Hospitalist department and leading a team of talented physicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the clinical operations of the Pediatric Hospitalist department
- Lead a team of physicians and ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement departmental policies, protocols, and procedures
- Monitor patient outcomes, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction
- Provide mentorship and leadership to team members
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Pediatrics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pediatric Hospital Medicine
- Subspecialty certification in Pediatric Hospitalist Medicine preferred
- Unrestricted TX license or ability to obtain one
