We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team at Mass General Brigham.
Key Responsibilities:- Nursing Care: Provide high-quality patient care according to the Department of Nursing philosophy and standards.
- Clinical Skills: Utilize appropriate clinical skills to integrate and implement the nursing process with the plan of care.
- Team Collaboration: Function as a clinical resource for the patient, providing direction and support to ensure a focus on team goals and patient-driven outcomes.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Licensure: Current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Skills: Effective verbal, electronic, and written communications skills; computer proficiency; and ability to maintain a variable work schedule.
