Job Title: Transit/Transportation Project Manager

STV Incorporated is seeking an experienced and motivated Transit/Transportation Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams in the successful delivery of transportation infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and oversee multi-disciplinary transportation teams to deliver transit and other transportation projects.
  • Plan, design, develop, and deliver capital infrastructure projects for local and regional transit and transportation clients.
  • Participate in teams identifying, pursuing, and securing work with key clients.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients, agencies, and project partners.
  • Prepare fee proposals, participate in negotiations with clients, and review contracts.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison and manage project teams to successfully deliver projects within established schedules and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer License in Colorado, or ability to obtain within 6 months, is required.
  • A minimum of 10 or more years of relevant design and project management experience on transportation infrastructure projects is preferred.
  • Client relationships and experience working with the Colorado DOT, Regional Transportation District, and/or other regional transit and transportation agencies is desired.
  • Strong command of AutoCAD, Microstation, Civil3D, OpenRoads, and/or other design and office software.
  • Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and work within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Active membership and participation in professional societies is encouraged.
