Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney to join our team at Microsoft Corporation. As a Corporate Attorney, you will play a critical role in providing legal advice and counsel to our clients, executing routine to moderate-impact legal matters, and supporting higher-level attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of matters, including corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Execute routine to moderate-impact legal matters, including drafting and negotiating agreements, and conducting legal research.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate Degree or Equivalent International Degree.
  • Active license to practice law in a jurisdiction and capable of meeting admission requirements in relevant jurisdiction.
  • 3+ years experience as a practicing attorney.
  • Additional Or Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year(s) experience as an attorney in specialized practice area (e.g., tax, employment, copyright).

What We Offer

Microsoft Corporation offers a competitive salary range of USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year, depending on location. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
