Recruitment Specialist

Volt is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent for various positions within our organization. Your primary goal will be to build a pipeline of qualified candidates and maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers to ensure an efficient interviewing and selection process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit for high-volume professional roles and other positions as assigned
* Build a pipeline using viable sources, research, and build call lists to recruit top candidates
* Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews, referring only those qualified candidates to hiring managers
* Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers to ensure efficient interviewing and selection process
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent is preferred
* Two years of recruiting experience required in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Experience in developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies
* Ability to manage resources to source viable candidates
* Excellent resume screening, distribution, and tracking
* Excellent follow-up with candidates and hiring managers
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Compensation:
$20.00 to $24.00 per hour
