We are a growing team of 100+ highly qualified psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, licensed psychologists, and clinical social workers across Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Washington DC.
Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-C) or Psychologist to join our team and provide psychotherapy services at our partner facilities. This role offers an opportunity for meaningful, flexible, and autonomous work while making a significant impact on the lives of seniors in our community.
Responsibilities- Provide individual and family counseling to clients in nursing homes, assisted care, and other long-term care facilities.
- Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrator, director of nursing, and director of social services.
- Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.
- Meaningful Work: Make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families by providing vital psychotherapy services.
- Flexibility: Enjoy a flexible schedule.
- Autonomy: Work independently while receiving strong clinical and administrative support as needed.
