Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with transportation personnel on various project components including roadway design, bridges, traffic management, and environmental considerations
- Cultivating relationships with clients

- Analyzing project decisions to ensure design integrity and its effects on timelines and budgets
- Staying updated on regulations and technological innovations

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer Registration in Texas
- 8+ years of experience with TxDOT projects
- Proficiency in TxDOT processes and documentation
- Proven ability to secure TxDOT contracts
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in sales and marketing
