Service Greeter

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Greeter to join our team at Optima Dealer Services. As a Service Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer feels valued and respected.
• Direct customers to the service advisors, answer basic inquiries, and ensure they are taken care of promptly.
• Assist with checking in vehicles for service and ensuring all paperwork is properly completed.
• Maintain a tidy and organized service drive and waiting area.
• Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure smooth operations.

• Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.
• Four (4) years of driving experience.
• Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
• Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
