We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Teacher at one of our learning centers. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and exploration
  • Partner with parents and center staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Support the center's success by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals

Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
