Housekeeping Professional

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at The Arc Lexington. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our homes, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents and employees.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid New York State driver's license, and excellent communication skills.

The estimated salary range for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

As a Housekeeper, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our homes, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and performing other cleaning activities as needed.
• Ensuring that our homes provide a safe and welcoming environment for our residents and employees.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
