Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and services
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Develop and implement education plans to promote patient understanding and self-care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- 2+ years Med/Surg. experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- BLS required
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- ACLS preferred
