Critical Care Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Rapid Response team in Lynn, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in critical care and emergency nursing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in a variety of settings, including emergency departments and intensive care units.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote a culture of compassion and respect.
- Current RN license in the State of Massachusetts.
- 2+ years of critical care experience, preferably in an academic medical center.
- BSN or MSN degree.
- CCRN or CEN certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
