Job Duties:- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
- Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice
- Promote patients' independence by teaching them to understand their conditions, medications, and self-care skills
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited RN program
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas, or license with a compact state required upon hire
- American Heart Association (AHA) approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
- Minimum two (2) years of recent ICU/Critical Care experience in an acute care hospital setting required
