Position Overview

ProCare Therapy is on the lookout for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to become a vital part of our educational team. In this role, you will contribute significantly to fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment for students with communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services.
  • Conduct formal evaluations for students suspected of having communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Offer consultative services to staff and families.
  • Manage a caseload primarily focused on children from birth to preschool age.
  • Engage in therapy sessions throughout the academic year.
  • Work in a full-time capacity.
Compensation:

The hourly pay rate starts at $50, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
  • Possession of an active Speech Language Pathologist state license.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students and staff.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
Interview Process:
  • Initial 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy recruiter.
  • Followed by a 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district.
  • Offers are typically extended within 24 hours post-interview.
