IT Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Specialist to join our team at POP MART. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the management and operation of our information systems, including system organizational structure maintenance, account and process configuration, permission and data security management, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain our information systems, including POS, ERP, and other systems
- Responsible for resource allocation during system construction, monitoring project implementation progress, conducting quality control, and collecting feedback from business departments
- Prepare and maintain information system operation manuals, organize training, track training effects, and improve operation and maintenance management efficiency
- Handle daily IT problems, procure and manage IT equipment and consumables, and perform desktop operation and maintenance
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by leaders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with over 3 years of experience in the IT industry
- Strong IT management skills, with ability to connect upstream and downstream departments
- Rich project management experience
- Familiar with computer hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance management
- Familiar with Windows and other system environments, with ability to perform fault analysis
- Proficient in maintaining and managing various mainstream monitoring systems
- Good data statistics, organization, and analysis skills
- Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, and stress resistance
- Good communication, expression, and collaboration skills, with teamwork spirit
- Experience in POS and Enterprise Resource Planning application operation and maintenance is a plus
- Fluency in Chinese is preferred
