Job Overview:
The Men's Wearhouse, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate Part Time to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
- Encourage and participate in team selling to drive sales growth.
- Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact.
- Meet and maintain personal volume goals while maintaining above-average quality of sale.
- Assist with receiving shipments, putting away new merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
- Assist with visually merchandising the store, including complying with brand standards.
- Help monitor the security of all Company property and report any discrepancies.
- Effectively participate as a member of a store team to achieve established team goals.
Requirements:
- Bend down and squat to locate and pick up merchandise located at ground level.
- Climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies located above shoulder level.
- Operate a computer and cash register, including manual tasks such as reaching across the counter to exchange monies with customers.
- Stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, sometimes as long as twelve hours per day.
