Key Responsibilities- Observe and assess patients' health status, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency measures as prescribed by medical providers, utilizing standing orders and protocols as necessary.
- Record patient observations, interventions, and data, maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement standards of care, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and quality care.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development, staying up-to-date on the latest medical research and best practices.
- Identify and address potential safety concerns, promoting a culture of safety and quality within our organization.
- One (1) year of Registered Nurse experience.
- Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any U.S. State or Territory.
- Associate of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid American Heart Association (AHA) certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Enrolled member of the Navajo Nation or other federally-recognized Indian tribe.
