About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team at BrightView. As a Crew Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our landscaping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a landscaping crew, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
  • Direct the work of 2-5 team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Surfacing client concerns to the Production Manager and proactively assisting in achieving a resolution.
  • Provide feedback to the Production Manager on crew members and assist in their development and training.
  • Turn in accurate crew time logs and ensure all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Equivalent experience in a landscape-related field.
