Job Overview

The Cleaning/Detail Team at Bucks County Estate Traders Inc is comprised of dedicated Cleaners and a Team Lead, all reporting to the Repair Team Manager. This team's primary objective is to ensure exceptional cleanliness for all products handled by the company. Responsibilities include meticulously detailing and sanitizing incoming items prior to photography, maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, and upholding safety and health standards in shared areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Adhere to essential performance metrics, including:

  • Maintaining a tidy workspace
  • Maximizing productivity and efficiency
  • Ensuring accuracy in all tasks

- Utilize various cleaning materials and techniques, such as:

  • Glass cleaner
  • Multi-purpose disinfectant for communal areas
  • Steel wool
  • Oils and stains
  • Identifying imperfections or issues for the Repair Team's attention

- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively on projects.

- With some guidance, assist in training new team members on cleaning procedures to ensure their effectiveness.

Work Environment:

  • In-person

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour
