We are currently in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fulfill the role of Field Sales Consultant. In this position, you will engage with local communities through door-to-door outreach, educating potential customers about the no-cost programs available to them, while embodying a welcoming and professional demeanor. Your responsibilities will include participating in ongoing training sessions, staying informed about current initiatives, and coordinating with assigned technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate the features and advantages of our services to customers in person.
- Educate customers on the benefits of available programs, with training provided.
- Conduct canvassing activities (door-to-door), distribute informational materials, and arrange a minimum of 5 technician appointments daily.
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions.
- Achieve certification and obtain badges for the Energy Savings Assistance Programs.
- Maintain regular communication with the office, assigned technicians, and management.
- Exhibit a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Stay informed about ongoing programs within the organization.
- Present a professional appearance at all times.
- Travel to various locations within the designated service area to promote no-cost programs.

- Coachella/Desert Region
Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and communicate clearly.
- Exhibit a positive and professional attitude.
- Access to reliable transportation is essential.
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
- Experience in client management is preferred.
- Basic computer and iPad proficiency required.
- Must pass drug and background screening.
