Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

Banyan Treatment Centers, a leading provider of addiction and mental health services, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Milford, DE.

This role involves delivering essential clinical services across multiple levels of care, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multi-disciplinary Clinical Treatment Team meetings to ensure effective coordination of services.
  • Support the Clinical Director with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
  • Uphold Banyan Treatment Center's policies, procedures, and ethical standards to achieve organizational goals.
  • Recruit, interview, evaluate, and develop clinical staff, addressing counseling and disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Provide direct patient services, including individual and group therapy sessions, and complete required clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate in the development and training of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Conduct weekly clinical chart audits, complete QA/Compliance reports, and maintain clinical records according to established standards.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work or a related human services major.
  • An active Delaware LCSW, LPC-MH, LMFT, or LCDP.
  • 2 or more years of experience in a management role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience in the field of substance-use-disorder or mental health treatment.
