Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Banyan Treatment Centers. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering essential clinical services across multiple levels of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement specialized individual and group therapy schedules for patients facing substance use and mental health disorders.
  • Oversee daily clinical operations and provide direct supervision to our team of Therapists.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as the standards set by accrediting organizations.
  • Recruit, interview, evaluate, and develop clinical staff, addressing counseling and disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Provide direct patient services, including individual and group therapy sessions, and complete required clinical documentation.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work or a related human services major.
  • An active Delaware LCSW, LPC-MH, LMFT, or LCDP.
  • 2 or more years of experience in a management role.
