Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetic Nurse or Physician Assistant to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our Dermatology and Plastic Surgery practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients and helping them achieve their desired aesthetic outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Cosmetic Procedures: Conduct cosmetic injectable procedures, including Botox and dermal fillers, to enhance our patients' appearance.
- Medical Dermatology and Skin Conditions: Provide medical dermatology and skin condition treatments to our patients, including some medical dermatology and skin conditions.
- Laser Treatments: Perform laser treatments, such as hair removal and skin resurfacing, to improve our patients' skin and appearance.
- Non-Surgical Aesthetic Treatments: Conduct chemical peels and other non-surgical aesthetic treatments to enhance our patients' appearance.
- Preoperative and Postoperative Care: Prepare patients for surgical procedures, including preoperative assessments and postoperative care.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on treatment options and skincare products to ensure they receive the best possible care.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure seamless communication and care.
Qualifications:
- Active Nursing License and Certification: Possess an active nursing license and certification as an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist.
- Experience in Dermatology and Plastic Surgery: Have at least 1 year of experience in a Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, and/or Medspa setting.
- Proficiency in Cosmetic Procedures: Be proficient in cosmetic injectable procedures and other aesthetic treatments.
- Medical Dermatology Knowledge: Have a strong knowledge of medical dermatology and skincare products.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to Work Independently: Be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our practice's goals.
