- Contract Management: Coordinate and oversee all activities associated with medical contract providers, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality services.
- Hiring and Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for assigned positions, ensuring compliance with company policy and local, state, and federal employment law.
- Experience: Must have related nursing management/supervisory experience.
- Education: Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensure: Licensed Registered Nurse required.
- Certifications: Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification.
