Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and develop custodial staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and control inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to maintain our facilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our facilities meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers and stakeholders, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in custodial or facilities maintenance work.
  • Proven track record of supervising and coordinating the work of staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
