Job Purpose: As a Heavy Equipment Operator at Millstone Weber LLC, you will play a crucial role in the success of our construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to operate heavy equipment to move materials, earth, and heavy objects at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate various heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes to dig, clear, and prepare land for construction.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure smooth project execution and meet deadlines.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
  • Clean and inspect equipment regularly to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work at heights.
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
