Position Summary:

The Dispatcher is responsible for facilitating communications and dispatching personnel and/or vehicles for the company. This role involves logging, reporting, and communicating all instances that necessitate dispatching.

Position Specifications:

• Housing: May Be Available
• Expected Pay Range: $22.76 / hour
• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round
• Skill Level: Entry Level

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to all telephone and radio communications in Dispatch.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication and record-keeping essential for the resort operations team.
• Maintain accurate and current daily, weekly, and seasonal Dispatch logs and other records related to assigned responsibilities.
• Continuously monitor a radio channel system and dispatch phone line.
• Coordinate emergency travel requirements for rescue services arriving at the resort.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills to perform your job safely; no prior experience is required.
• A willingness to learn and develop.
• Must possess fluent communication skills in English.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods.

The anticipated pay range is $22.76. This is the range we reasonably expect to offer for this position. Individual compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
