About the Team

Our Surgical ICU team is comprised of experienced nurses and healthcare professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. We work together to provide seamless, coordinated care, and are committed to supporting each other's growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Delivers high-quality, patient-centered care to surgical patients.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment.
  • Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements
  • Active RN license in Florida required.
  • 1+ year of experience in surgical ICU setting preferred.
  • Current ACLS certification required.

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital.
