About the Role

As a Critical Care Case Manager Nurse at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless patient care and effective hospital case management.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in Hospital Case Management, preferably in a critical care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with Interqual and Meditech systems, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
