Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to craft tailored care strategies for diverse patient populations.
  • Conduct meticulous assessments to identify patient needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver targeted educational programs to enhance patients' understanding of their health conditions.
  • Identify and connect patients with relevant community resources to optimize their quality of life.
  • Prepare and dispatch lab specimens efficiently to facilitate timely diagnosis and treatment.
  • Collaborate with patients and caregivers to establish achievable objectives and foster a culture of shared responsibility.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with pediatric patients and their families, addressing their unique emotional and physical needs.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, upholding the highest standards of safety and compassion.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid RN licensure.
  • Superb communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
  • BLS certification.
