Healthcare Professional for Long-Term Care Facilities

About the Role:
Care for patients with various illnesses, injuries, and diseases in facilities such as medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools—under the supervision of providers. Collaborate with a team of physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides to deliver excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Take patient vitals, perform assessments, document progress, and report changes to providers. Assist in carrying out physician orders, patient care, and prescribed treatments. Administer medication, operate medical equipment, and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active LPN license in Colorado. CPR certification (demonstration course required). Six months of work experience as an LPN or CNA. Valid TB screening. COVID-19 vaccination card. Proof of flu vaccination during flu season (October-March). Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations. Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication, and compassion.
