Job Opportunity:

Fidelity Investments is seeking an experienced Account Executive to promote and sell our health & welfare administrative services to workplace customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the H&W industry and the ability to develop and execute strategies for selling our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our health & welfare administrative services
  • Manage internal and external relationships to qualify sales leads and identify customer potential
  • Present the product value proposition and close sales to workplace customers
  • Support the development and delivery of sales collateral and translate feedback from the field to improve sales and marketing efforts
  • Work with product management to demonstrate product capabilities and manage exception requests

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of the H&W industry and the product and services landscape
  • Experience with closing enterprise sales in the national accounts market
  • A natural fit within Fidelity's culture of teamwork and ethics
  • Ability to sustain the complex sale and longer institutional cycle
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiating skills
