About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Foster Care Worker to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc.

As a Foster Care Worker, you will work closely with children and families to ensure their safety and well-being. Your role will involve teaching essential skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and communication.

Responsibilities
  • Work with children and families to identify and address their needs
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support family growth and development
  • Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, support, and resources
  • Connect families with community resources to improve their lives
Requirements

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, and two or more years of experience in the human service field. A master's degree in a human services field is also acceptable.

Our ideal candidate is compassionate, eager to learn, and committed to helping families build strong, healthy relationships.
