Job Summary

CSL Behring is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and execution of commercial plans for new products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical and biotech sales and marketing, with a proven track record of launching new products and growing established ones. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence without authority and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial plans for new products, including market development initiatives and pre-launch activities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and global partners, to identify data generation ideas and develop evidence to support commercial plans
  • Lead a team of professionals to ensure a culture of trust and respect, while driving pre-launch planning commitments and process improvements
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement commercial strategies, including brand positioning, core messaging, and creative development
  • Coordinate and ensure alignment on resources, budgets, and timelines for assigned initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leaders, to drive business objectives and ensure commercial success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (required), MBA or MS/PhD (preferred)
  • Minimum 12 years' healthcare experience, with at least 8 years' pharmaceutical and biotech sales and marketing experience
  • Record of accomplishment in strategic and tactical/brand marketing roles, with experience launching new and growing established products
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence without authority and successfully collaborate with business partners across the organization
  • Top-tier consulting experience/portfolio planning, preferably in a strategic or commercial role
