Job Title: Sr. Director, New Product Planning and Evidence Generation

CSL Behring is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our US Commercial Marketing team as a Sr. Director, New Product Planning and Evidence Generation. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of commercial plans for new products, as well as generating evidence to support these plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial plans for new products, including market research, competitor analysis, and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead cross-functional teams to generate evidence to support commercial plans, including clinical trials, real-world evidence, and health economic analyses
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including payers, providers, and patient advocacy groups
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform commercial strategies and plans

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a strong background in commercial planning and strategy
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and developing and executing commercial plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or public health
