Job Title: Pest Control Technician

Urbanex Pest Control is a leading provider of pest control services, seeking a skilled and dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest level of pest control services, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties to identify pest control needs
  • Develop and implement effective pest control plans to eliminate pests and prevent future infestations
  • Use specialized equipment and products to treat pest infestations
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, treatments, and follow-up visits
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in pest control or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
