Job Overview

Urbanex Pest Control is a leading provider of pest control services, seeking a skilled and reliable Route Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality pest control solutions to our clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive company vehicle to customer locations and conduct thorough assessments of pest control needs.
  • Inspect premises to identify termite problems and apply appropriate products according to label directions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, advising clients of services provided and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of vehicle and equipment, adhering to company standards.
  • Achieve assigned service performance objectives, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.

Requirements
  • Good work history and a strong track record of reliability.
  • Must be 21 years or older and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and able to meet physical job requirements with or without accommodations.
  • Good driver history and a clean driving record.
