We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Quality Engineer to join our team at DiaSorin. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the development and manufacturing of our diagnostic products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical leadership in the development and implementation of quality systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
- Provide training and guidance to junior quality engineers and other team members.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or life sciences discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on medical devices or IVD.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
