Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
    • Minimum three years' experience in assisted living or memory care, with prior supervisory/management experience
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
