Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in various ambulatory settings. Your responsibilities will include assisting healthcare providers with patient care, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a working knowledge of regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist healthcare providers with patient care, including vital signs, electrocardiograms, and injections
* Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and handling patient records
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
* Provide excellent customer service and communication skills

Requirements

* High School Diploma or Equivalent required
* Graduate of a post-secondary medical assisting education program accredited by NJAC(13)
* Current certification from a recognized certifying board approved by NJ Board of Medical Examiners
* Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

* Epic experience preferred
* Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication, and teamwork skills
