Position Overview

Job Title: Plastic Injection Molding Process Technician

Location: Chatham, NY

Compensation: $28.95 - $36.99 per hour, commensurate with experience (+ $1.00 per hour for 3rd shift differential pay)

Shift: Swing shift and 3rd shift

Visa Sponsorship: Not available

Relocation Package: $5,000 Relocation Bonus and $5,000 Retention Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Conduct new mold inspections, installations, and setups.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on new process development and initiatives to enhance Plant Productivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding.
  • A technical degree is preferred.
  • Must pass Work Keys Mathematics and Technical aptitude assessments.
  • Familiarity with IQMS systems and basic computer skills is required.
