Job Title: Tooling Technician

At Anrgi Tech, we are seeking a skilled Tooling Technician to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and maintaining the highest level of quality in our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety and housekeeping procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with processing, production, and maintenance groups to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Assist in the documentation of mold set-ups and assembly procedures.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks as documented in IQMS module.
  • Work with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of machine shop/mold maintenance experience with a high school degree or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of electrical circuits and hydraulics.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of metrology.
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based PC programs.
  • MIG or TIG welding experience is a plus.
