Job Summary

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Hershey, Pennsylvania. As a Registered Nurse in our Orthopedic Neurology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a designated group of patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • AHA BLS certification prior to end of orientation period.
