Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled and knowledgeable Litigation Attorney to enhance our vibrant legal team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing intricate legal issues, focusing on both commercial and employment litigation. We seek a candidate with a robust litigation background, exceptional legal insight, and the capability to provide strategic advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Oversee a portfolio of commercial and employment litigation cases from initiation to resolution.
- Legal Research and Analysis: Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis to construct compelling cases and offer strategic counsel to clients.
- Drafting Legal Documents: Create and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and various legal documents.
- Court Representation: Advocate for clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
- Client Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and ensuring satisfaction.
- Legal Strategy Development: Formulate and execute effective legal strategies to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve departmental objectives.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to legal standards and ethical practices.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial and employment litigation.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Outstanding research, writing, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a substantial caseload effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building strong client relationships.
