Job Description

As an Independent Optometrist at Walmart, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye and vision care services to patients. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and promote healthy lifestyles.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
  • A valid state optometry license.
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) degree from an accredited school (optional).
  • A valid state ophthalmology license (optional).
  • General Liability Certificate.
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
