Job Summary:

US Electrical Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers at the counter, via email, and phone, as well as processing orders and quotes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with sales and customer service inquiries
  • Process orders and quotes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Proactively track orders in our computer system for customer and processing efficiency
  • Expand customer base and grow sales and profits
  • Perform general warehouse work, including putting stock away, pulling will calls, and inventory preparations

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the electrical industry
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must exhibit a team-first attitude with a commitment to punctuality
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse experience
