Woodbury Health Care Center Nursing Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Woodbury Health Care Center, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community. Our community is home to seniors requiring TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Care and Long-Term Care.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and tenants under the direction of the Director of Nursing. You will maintain quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards in accordance with individual care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
  • Assume responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
  • Support the Director of Nursing on the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident/tenant population.
Requirements

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid state licensure and experience in restorative or geriatric nursing. You must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees. Advanced computer skills, including email use, are also required.
