Position Overview

The Service Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintainability aspects throughout the product development lifecycle. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our service offerings align with customer needs and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assess and mitigate maintainability risks during all stages of product development;
  2. Assist the sales team in customer engagement and contract negotiations, breaking down tasks for internal execution;
  3. Coordinate internal resources to address market-related challenges;
  4. Enhance the digital capabilities of service technology initiatives; provide technical guidance for complex on-site issues;
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation for maintenance procedures;
  6. Facilitate cross-departmental communication to resolve quality-related concerns;
  7. Establish processes and standards for technology-related business operations.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Science or Engineering (preferably in Power Electronics, Communication, Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation);
  2. Knowledge of project management principles and a solid understanding of battery product functionalities;
  3. Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies for battery products, including proficiency with standard tools and diagnostic equipment;
  4. Experience with lithium batteries, energy storage systems, UPS, and inverter technologies;
  5. Fluency in English;
  6. Strong communication skills and willingness to travel for business purposes.
