Job Title: BCBA Program Consultant

CCSN is excited to announce that we are seeking a Program Consultant and Licensed Behavior Analyst to support learners in partner school districts primarily in Fairfield County, CT.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support learners in partner school districts primarily in Fairfield County, CT.
  • Primary responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing behavioral interventions and support plans.
  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to ensure effective implementation of behavioral interventions.
  • Providing training and coaching to teachers and support staff on behavioral interventions and support plans.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of behavioral interventions and support plans.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. special education, psychology, education).
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with learners with behavioral challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other support staff.
